Architect: Jones & Jones

The project consists of a new winery building on the site of an existing barn which will be demolished. The winery consists of a pre-fabricated metal building which sita on a 5,100 square foot concrete basement structure. The project also included a small detached restroom building which was constructed of wood framing with slab on grade and conventional foundations. Our scope of work included the basement of the winery and designing the structure to support the loads supplied by the metal building manufacturer. Our scope also included the small shed roof at the entry to the tasting area, the restroom building, the site retaining walls near the entry to the basement, and the architectural truss elements in the tasting room and production area.
